Overview

Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are responsible for providing consultation and advising service through Phone, Email and Messaging (SMS). Consultations and assistance are provided to both customers (accommodation/hotel guests) and partners (accommodation/hotel owners or staff) of our Client. The nature of consultations and assistance being provided by CSRs are specific but not limited to: Changes in the booked reservation, including cancellation and complaint, changes to the property’s page in the reservation website or app, payment issues and general inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Native Thai with professional level in English.
  • Phone Etiquette skill.
  • Problem solving and resolution skills.
  • Organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai.
  • Customer Orientation and Focus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in regard to work schedules.
  • Prior contact center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion in tourism and travel is a plus.
  • Flexible in shifting schedule.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write the required language to support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and messaging
  • Handle customer requests by phone,e-mail and messaging;
  • Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
  • Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
