Overview

Handling customer contacts via various channels including calls, emails, and online activity, through chat with customers in the following key ares: appointments for test drive, service appointments, after sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Polish language – nearly native
  • Minimum B2 level for English
  • Typing skills – minimum 25 words per minute
  • PC skills: office, internet, main functions
  • Customer orientation
  • Problem solving
  • Team working
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

  • Providing prompt, efficient, and consistent information and communication in line with company policy
  • Accurate handling of all customers-initiated interaction to ensure that the information is received in the right form
  • The resolution of customer issues and complaints including consistent follow up and escalation where necessary
  • Complaints resolved within company defined timescales and policies
  • Following through enquiries from inception to completion

Maintain a full understanding of all product lines
