Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish for verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing Discord groups or similar online communities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in game community management and UGC game operations.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies to maintain a positive community.
  • Familiarity with at least one UGC creation platform (e.g., Roblox Studio, Unreal Editor for Fortnite
    (UEFN), Minecraft Plugin & MOD, etc.)
  • Experience in UGC project development, understanding workflows, and best practice

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Overview of the Role:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from creators, utilizing FAQs and reference materials.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels, including online Q&A sessions and
    documentation.
  • Gather and document feedback from creators to enhance the overall support program
  • Manage online communities, including Discord, and foster a positive environment
  • Assign game development tasks to creators based on project schedules
  • Clarify task requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on creator feedback
  • Communicate with the creator to adjust based on internal feedback concerning the deliverables.
