Overview

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated People Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

 

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.

  • Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (or other required languages) at a C1 or higher level.

  • Fluency in other languages highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc)

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees, providing support via phone, email, or chat. 
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to pay, time away, leave, and benefits with accuracy and
    confidentiality.
    Leverage your expertise in Workday HCM and ServiceNow case management tools to manage
    employee support cases effectively.
    Utilize critical thinking to analyze and resolve moderately complex and sensitive issues.
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while assisting employees.
