An Ad Sales Specialist sells advertising to clients on digital platform, identifies their marketing needs, and offers tailored ad solutions. They build client relationships, meet sales targets, and stay current on media trends and audience insights. They work with a variety of digital channels, including social media, search engines, and websites, to help businesses reach their target audiences.
Job Requirements:
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts or conduct self prospecting to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell
Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel: responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features.
Explain products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solution-selling) and close sales opportunities
Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification
