The Quality Intern will be responsible for Power BI Quality Dashboard creation, manage and collaborate with related stakeholders. 

Requirements

A. Minimum Skills to Hire:

• Education: Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in using Power BI tool / DAX / Visualization is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

B. Skills required after hiring:

• Monitor report usage metrics: How to monitor the impact of your dashboards and reports, including understanding who is using them and for what purpose
• How to Create a Usage Report in Power BI: Walkthrough shows how to create a detailed usage report in Power BI, helping to keep tabs on user activity and engagement.
• Power BI - Tools and Functionalities: Overview of Power BI's capabilities, including data visualization and business intelligence features

C. Minimum Skill Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in using Power BI tool / DAX / Visualization
• Fast learner who requires minimal supervision

D. Skills

• Minimum bi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: The intern will be responsible for designing and developing the Power BI dashboards specifically for QA

  metrics. This includes creating visually appealing and functional dashboards that capture both performance and hygiene-related

  results for weekly and monthly reports

• Data Management: The intern will work closely with the internal BA team to capture and consolidate quality data from various

  sources, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date

• Collaboration: The intern will collaborate with team members to brainstorm and avoid duplication with existing Power BI initiatives.

  They will also act as a liaison with Program managers and Team Leads to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the

  operation

• Analysis and Reporting: The intern will conduct root cause analysis, trend analysis, and other data analyses to identify improvement

  opportunities within the TP environment. They will also provide QA progress reports to Team Leads - automated

• Quality Assurance: The intern will monitor and analyze agent performance, identify training needs, and coach the team on defect

  management. They will also conduct QA evaluations per client requirements and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA
