We are seeking a Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is based onsite at Singha Complex, Bangkok and involves providing excellent support to customers via email, chat, and phone calls.
Native / fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written).
Good communication skills in English (basic to intermediate level).
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work onsite at Singha Complex, Bangkok.
Able to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, chat, and phone.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Uphold a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
