Skills & Competencies
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse groups
Ability to adapt training content across multiple programs/accounts
Proficiency in training needs analysis, content development, and evaluation of training effectiveness
Have strong learning ability, error correction ability and question-answering ability, and good presentation skills.
Familiar with the composition of the training system and proficient in making various types of training materials.
Responsibilities
Job Description
Deliver new hire onboarding training, including company orientation, product knowledge, customer service techniques, and system navigation.
Conduct refresher courses and ongoing training sessions to address performance gaps and process updates.
Support training needs identified through quality monitoring, coaching sessions, and operations feedback.
Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and learning modules to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Track training attendance, completion rates, and assessment results for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with Training Manager, Operations, and Quality teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates and inspires learners.
