Minimum requirements:

• • Education requirement - Diploma/Degree and above
  • Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
  • 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
  • Minimum 1 year of telemarketing experience
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate Training
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities

  • Conduct training and refreshers
  • Support and mentor new employees
