Preferred Requirement

• - Fluent in Malay language in written and oral. Candidates who are able to speak and written in English, we will an added advantage.
  - Acquired at least Diploma or equivalent / SPM with at least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Collections.
  - Candidate with Team leader experience will be added advantage
  - Candidate who have Banking experience will be an added advantage.
  - Experience in any position that requires interacting with customers, experienced in contact centre environment will be an added
