Overview

Teleperformance Thailand is seeking a professional and highly motivated Guest Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests, including candidates, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as a receptionist, guest relations officer, or front desk agent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.

  • A professional and polished appearance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and Assist Guests:

    • Greet all incoming guests (candidates, clients, visitors, etc.) with a warm and professional demeanor.

    • Assist with check-in procedures, providing guidance and information as needed.

    • Ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival experience for everyone entering the premises.

  • Telephone Management:

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

    • Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.

    • Take and relay messages accurately.

  • Client Hospitality:

    • Serve and manage refreshments (food/drinks) for clients and high-level visitors during meetings.

    • Maintain a clean and organized reception and meeting area.

  • Administrative and Facility Support:

    • Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

    • Assist with the coordination and setup of meeting rooms and other facilities.

    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation in the reception area.

    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
