Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Native Vietnamese) to join our team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate is a native Vietnamese speaker with strong English communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a background in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese (minimum C1 level).
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Vietnamese-speaking customers through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
