We are seeking a motivated Innovation Intern to join our team for 6 months!

As an Innovation Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology while supporting our Innovation team in day-to-day operations. This internship will provide valuable exposure to different areas of Innovation, including but not limited to system administration, network management, technical support, and software/hardware troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in information technology and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common productivity tools.
• Can commit for 6 months

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or work experience in an IT-related role.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding IT systems and applications.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Help manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as assigned, such as system upgrades and migrations.
• Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
