Overview

Customer Success Specialist (CSS) jobs continue to be on the rise as more businesses are being
engaged. CSS responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and
guiding product users with the full knowledge in the services/products of the Tobacco company in
order to provide customers’ satisfaction on the products.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements/Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in: Korean and English
• Contact centre experience of at least 6-12 months is preferred
• Track record of achieving targets
• Problem-solving oriented
• Consumer-oriented mindset
• Great interpersonal skills
• Technology adept
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
• Research skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own

• Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
across all channels
• Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries
are answered making them promoters of the brand
• Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management
• Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team
• Take the extra miles to engage with customers
