Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Well-organised with good attention to detail
Clear communicator who’s comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
Able to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism
Familiar with MS Office applications (experience with an ATS is a bonus, not a must)
Proactive, responsible, and genuinely eager to learn
Available to start immediately
Able to commit to a full 6-month internship
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Sit in on interviews and assist with candidate evaluations under guidance
Support sourcing efforts through job portals, databases, and social platforms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination
Prepare recruitment trackers and basic reports to monitor progress
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups
Support employer branding and campus/recruitment initiatives
