About the Role
The Global Mobility Intern provides operational and administrative support to the Global Mobility in delivering seamless end‑to‑end mobility services. This role assists with immigration processing, relocation of coordination, compliance activities, and employee experience for inbound and outbound assignees. The internship offers hands-on exposure to global mobility operations, immigration governance, and cross-border workforce management.
Learning Opportunities

· Experience with Employment Pass (EP), MDEC, and other immigration procedures, including compliance requirements.
· Develop stakeholder management skills through interaction with employees, vendors, and government authorities.

· Pursuing degree in HR, Business, Law, or related fields.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· High level of cultural sensitivity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information
· Proactive, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
· Support the full expatriate lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation collection, renewals coordination, and offboarding processes.
· Maintain accurate expatriate files, databases, and mobility trackers
· Assist with visa, employment pass, and work permit applications, renewals, and compliance documentation.
· Track application progress, expiration dates, and ensure timely follow-ups with employees and vendors.
· Gather complete and compliant documentation from employees and stakeholders.
· Maintain updated passport validity records and related compliance documents.
· Coordinate safe handling, collection, and return of passports.
· Support notarization, attestation, certification, and preparation of immigration-related documents.
· Prepare mobility-related letters (travel letters, assignment documents, onboarding support letters, etc.).
· Process onboarding reimbursements and assist with mobility-related correspondence.
· Update dashboards, trackers, and reports on ongoing expatriate and mobility activities.
· Handle data entry, filing, documentation control, and system updates related to mobility workflows.
· Support preparation of audit documents and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating internal/external appointments.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOP reviews, and documentation updates.
· Assist with ad hoc tasks that contribute to overall mobility operations.
