Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) Cantonese Speaking to support an established insurance client. This role primarily involves handling customer inquiries via written channels (email, chat, and back-end processing), ensuring accurate and timely resolution while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirements:

    • Language:
      • Fluent in Cantonese (read & write) – mandatory
      • Good command of English
    • Education & Experience:
      • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
      • Customer service or internship experience is an added advantage
    • Skills:
      • Strong written communication skills
      • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
      • Attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Other Requirements:
      • Willing to work on-site in George Town, Penang
      • Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and internal systems (non-voice channels)
    • Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and account-related matters
    • Process customer requests, updates, and documentation with high attention to detail
    • Ensure all responses meet quality, compliance, and SLA requirements
    • Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
    • Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions in the system
