Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Discipline or equivalent diploma.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
  • Knowledge in all sourcing channels.
  • Experience in Multi-lingual sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with candidates, providing information about job opportunities, company culture, and the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in sourcing candidates that align with those needs.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract passive candidates and enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure that all sourcing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
