We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team for 6 months!

The BI/BA Intern will support the Quality Assurance (QA) team by analyzing operational data, creating dashboards, and generating insights to improve quality processes and business performance. The intern will utilize Power BI and data analysis tools to transform raw data into meaningful reports that support decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization principles.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for QA monitoring.
• Analyze quality-related data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the QA team in preparing performance metrics and KPI reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Document data sources, reporting processes, and dashboard specifications.
• Assist in ad hoc data analysis and business reporting tasks.
• Present findings and recommendations to the QA team when required.
