This role will be fully site based at: - Dublin, Sandyford 

Hybrid / Remote working not available 

The hours of work are: - 40 hours, Monday to Friday – Office hours 

Salary: - EUR €16.00, EUR €33,280.00/Yr. 

Role Details: 

  • Provide high-quality customer support in a professional and customer-focused manner. 
  • Apply effective prompting techniques to generate insights, improve processes, and solve customer-related challenges. 
  • Work comfortably with evolving software tools and systems that are still under development. 
  • Identify usability challenges, provide structured feedback, and contribute ideas to improve products and processes. 
  • Analyse customer trends, feedback, and operational data to support continuous improvement. 
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences. 
  • Excellent understanding of AI and LLM and working knowledge   

 

Experience needed 

  • Call Centre / Office based Experience, preferably 2–3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat.  
  • Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage. Skills & Competencies  

Experience Preferred 

  • The ability to speak/write another EU language other than English as your first language. (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, Polish) 

Skills & Competencies  

  • Min C1 English language Requirements 
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks. 
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. 
  • An effective team player who can also work independently. 
  • Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.  
  • Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience.
