The hours of work are: - 40 hours, Monday to Friday – Office hours
Salary: - EUR €16.00, EUR €33,280.00/Yr.
Role Details:
- Provide high-quality customer support in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Apply effective prompting techniques to generate insights, improve processes, and solve customer-related challenges.
- Work comfortably with evolving software tools and systems that are still under development.
- Identify usability challenges, provide structured feedback, and contribute ideas to improve products and processes.
- Analyse customer trends, feedback, and operational data to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent understanding of AI and LLM and working knowledge
Experience needed
- Call Centre / Office based Experience, preferably 2–3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat.
- Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage. Skills & Competencies

- The ability to speak/write another EU language other than English as your first language. (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, Polish)
