Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is advantageous
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, or related HR role within a corporate or fast-paced business environment
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and labour law compliance relevant to Malaysia
Excellent understanding of business operations and the ability to think strategically about how HR can contribute to business objectives
Proven experience in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all organisational levels
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex employee relations situations with sensitivity and professionalism
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English.
Experience in BPO is preferred
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand their talent needs, challenges, and strategic objectives, providing tailored HR solutions and recommendations
Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on HR policies, employment law compliance, and best practices in people management
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
Identify and drive organisational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance
Contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development programmes that support employee growth and skill advancement
Monitor and analyse HR metrics and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistent policy implementation and HR service delivery across the organisation
Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate organisational transitions effectively
